Attorney Meghan P. Connolly Installed as CATA President

Lowe Scott Fisher Co., LPA is proud to announce that partner attorney Meghan P. Connolly has been sworn in as President of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (CATA). Connolly previously served as Vice President of CATA in the 2020-2021 term.

“Being involved with CATA over the last ten years has been an invaluable experience both personally and professionally,” said Connolly. “I’m honored and humbled to have the support of my esteemed colleagues and CATA members as the board and I continue the work of nurturing and stewarding our organization into the future.” 

Attorney Connolly has been on the CATA Board since 2013. She received the CATA President’s Award in 2021 and the President’s Service Award for her outstanding commitment to the organization in 2020. As a CATA leader, she also regularly contributes to the outstanding CATA News Magazine, attends events, and continuing legal education programming.

In addition to her work with CATA, Connolly serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association for Justice and was named The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for the third year in a row in 2022. She has also been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018-2022 as a Top-Rated Personal Injury Attorney in Cleveland, Ohio.

Connolly attended Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She joined Lowe Scott Fisher as a senior law clerk during law school and became a partner in 2018. Connolly’s career as a lawyer is devoted to helping injured victims of negligence, with a particular focus on helping nursing home residents and their families.
