Kyle B. Melling

Mr. Melling is a partner attorney at Lowe Scott Fisher Co., LPA, and has extensive knowledge of personal injury law and civil rights law. He has been recognized annually since 2018 as Rising Star by Super Lawyers as a Top Rated Civil Rights Attorney in Cleveland.
Kyle came to Lowe Scott Fisher in 2018 and was made partner in April 2023. He focuses his practice on personal injury, automobile accidents and trucking accidents, wrongful death, and product liability. Kyle began his law career with a civil rights defense firm where he defended both public and private entities in civil rights, tort, and labor and employment matters. His extensive experience on the defense side provides him a unique perspective that enables him to understand and anticipate defenses and conceivable strategies that may be employed by opposing counsel. This experience from the other side of the table allows Kyle to represent plaintiffs more effectively and obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University in Ohio and attended law school at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Kyle was a member of the moot court team and was the President of the Student Bar Association.
He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2013 and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Kyle also serves on the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Foundation Associate Board and is a past Secretary, Vice President, President, and Trustee Chair of the organization.
