Statistics Show Those Involved in Motorcycle Accidents Are Likely to Suffer Preventable, Life-Altering Consequences

Cleveland, Ohio—May 3, 2016 — A new infographic published by Lowe Scott Fisher Co., LPA offers sobering statistics for motorcycle enthusiasts. According to, Ohio is ranked fifth in motorcycle registrations nationwide and is one of thirty states with partial helmet laws, only requiring individuals age 17 and younger to wear a helmet.  The firm’s infographic demonstrates that 39% of Ohio motorcycle riders in accidents were un-helmeted, and of those, 65% ended in fatality.
