Cleveland Personal Injury Attorneys Educate Clients with New Radio Campaign

February 27, 2014

Beginning in November 2012, Cleveland personal injury law firm Lowe Scott Fisher Co., LPA is launching a new radio campaign on Newsradio WTAM 1100 that educates individuals throughout Northeast Ohio on how to protect their legal rights when they are seriously injured by a defective product or because of someone else’s negligence.

The radio campaign consists of a series of interviews with firm partners who provide practical suggestions for victims affected by motor vehicle accidents, unsafe products and equipment, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, and other critical situations. They explain the key characteristics of a successful personal injury case, how to determine which type of lawyer to hire for optimum results, and how to document the circumstances surrounding the case in a timely, reliable manner.

“Chances are most people will never be faced with a serious injury requiring litigation. However, if one occurs, knowing exactly what to do is invaluable since we can’t go back in time and recreate evidence that has been lost,” explained Ryan Fisher, a partner at the firm. “Through client advocacy and education, our Cleveland personal injury attorneys help individuals understand the importance of taking cell phone pictures, collecting names, and gathering other pieces of evidence. These preemptive measures help protect the victim’s rights, while enabling the victim to secure the appropriate compensation for his or her injuries.”
