Meet Carly, Lowe Scott Fisher’s New Disability Attorney.
August 24, 2016Meet Carly A. Ibold
Carly A. Ibold joins the team as an associate attorney. She will focus her practice on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security disability.
Lowe Scott Fisher, LPA has opened a satellite office in Chardon, Ohio. Practice areas will include Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law. The new office complements the personal injury and product liability legal services the firm provides at our downtown Cleveland location.
Ibold is already contributing immensely to the litigation of social security disability and workers comp claims. She created timelines for individuals to understand what the realistic expectations are for submitting claims.
Her “Ohio Workers’ Compensation Application Timeline” is a helpful worksheet that maps out the complicated process of what to expect from injury to claim.
She also created the “Ohio Social Security Disability Application Timeline” which gives a realistic view of the typical steps it takes to obtain benefits.
If you find yourself in a dilemma where you’ve been denied benefits or compensation, contact Carly Ibold to discuss your case. She will outline your options and help you get the compensation you deserve. If you have general questions about your claim denial, check out our Social Security Disability FAQs.
