Popular Patio Chair Recalled Due to Fall Hazard

October 16, 2014

Dimension Industries has recalled approximately 18,000 Sling Fabric Café Sets–consisting of two swivel chairs and one table–sold at Costco locations nationwide.  Due to a missing metal washer plate, the chairs can break while in use and create a fall hazard.  The defective units were sold between December 2013 through May 2014.
