Three trial attorneys from Cleveland personal injury law firm Lowe Scott Fisher have been recognized by their peers as among the top lawyers in the state of Ohio. James A. Lowe, Greg S. Scott and Ryan H. Fisher were named to the 2020 Ohio Super Lawyers list — a recognition received by only 5 percent of all attorneys in the state.

Super Lawyers annually selects attorneys through peer nominations, peer evaluations and independent research. Because Super Lawyers is designed to help individuals select a qualified lawyer, the publication limits the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public.

Every year Super Lawyers selects attorneys from all firm sizes and over 70 practice areas throughout the United States.

Among the accolades the firm’s attorneys received:

  • James Lowe was honored as a Top 5 attorney in Cleveland and a Top 10 attorney in Ohio for Personal Injury Product Liability law on behalf of plaintiffs.
  • Greg Scott was recognized to the 2020 Ohio Super Lawyers list for Personal Injury law for plaintiffs.
  • Ryan Fisher was recognized to the 2020 Ohio Super Lawyers list for Personal Injury law for plaintiffs.

“For decades, our firm has been characterized by integrity, accountability and the highest standards of practice,” said Scott, a partner attorney. “Our goal is to continue serving our clients, whether they are current clients or future clients, with those standards in mind.”

The organization also named partner attorney Meghan P. Connolly and associate attorney Kyle B. Melling to the 2020 Ohio Rising Stars list. To be eligible for recognition in Rising Stars, candidates must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of lawyers in Ohio were selected to receive this honor.

“To have five of our attorneys recognized by Super Lawyers as some of the top attorneys in Ohio reflects strongly on our long-standing reputation and commitment to victims who have been seriously injured,” said Fisher, a partner at the firm.

Lowe Scott Fisher is frequently sought out to serve as knowledgeable advocates in challenging, high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death cases.
